We are awarded a pilot grant to search for a biomarker for the response to immunotherapy in combination with radiation in liver metastatic colorectal cancer patients, together with Dr. Dusty Deming. The award is based on a generous gift to the UWCCC from Dr. and Mrs. Ernest Borden [former UWCCC Leader of Immunotherapy (1978 – 90) and a worldwide leader in Cancer Immunology and development of interferons] with co-support from various sources within the UWCCC.
