Using integrated bioinformatics analysis, we identified context-specific (cellular neighborhood, sender-receiver ligand-receptor) interactions between myeloid cells and T cells in Head and Neck cancer patients treated with Immune Checkpoint Blockade, suggesting potential biomarkers and informing future mechanistic and therapeutic studies.
